Rental Policies
- We take PayPal and credit cards but pass on the 3% the credit card company charges us.
- $200 security deposit required for first time renters.
- We normally require a four night minimum stay.
- For stays less than 7 nights, please include $95.00 cleaning charge.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
